in Start here and say hello!

Hi I'm needing a little help or if any one can advise me please I'm so anxious 😟 my reward is supposed to end August 2026 but I ad my renewal form and it was to be in for October I filled it all in and ad the text saying they received it .this morning I ad a text saying they have made a decision and I would receive with in 2 weeks I'm so anxious and can't understand why so early when my original reward was till next year thank you if some one can advise me xx

    Because there are backlogs reviews are started up to a year in advance.

    Some aren't then even completed in time and the DWP have to extend the end date!

    The new decision now overrides your previous award end date.

    Thank you x still making me anxious with what decision going to be in wish they just tell you on text or post it without saying they have made a decision in a text xx

    You can still phone them (despite what the message says), but they won't always give out the information over the phone.
