@suzie177 you won your award from a tribunal I gather. The award would run for a set time period. Is this the review at the end of that original time period set by the tribunal service? You are reviewed from time to time.

Hi Suzie177, I too will have to go through the same process. I was awarded my first pip claim by a judge. The whole process had me feeling like an unbelieved emotional wreck. The very thought of having to go through it all again gives me anxiety. They request so much evidence to back up your claim only to knock you back. Their questions are so specific yet don't cover the difficulties and pain you go through in order to achieve everyday tasks. I can only assume that having experienced the whole assessment first hand we will be ready next time. You are the best judge of you,not some random unqualified trickster. Just repeat your daily struggles until they get the message. Stay calm and get your problems across, your way. Best of luck.

You fill the new form out as a new claim. If you have a copy of your last form use that. It is better than saying no change. Go into detail how your disabilities affect your day to day tasks. Actual examples are good, like what happened when you last tried to progress a task. Send in your medical evidence and any new evidence. The DWP will have all your previous evidence, but I would send it again.
