Another update!
I posted the form and evidence on the 25th of September and I received their decision today, they've kept the award the same, so higher rate for both for 3 years.
My haemotology CNS said they called her about 2 weeks ago, one of the questions they asked was would she be surprised if I died within 12 months, and she said no she wouldn't be surprised due to my susceptibility to infections and chest infections in particular, this along with my virtually non existent immune system and other health issues would leave me at high risk of death. Great! ๐
It's true unfortunately and hence the 3 year award again, but at least that's over with for now.

Great news and well done! Thanks for letting us know. Not great about what was said about your health though..... Hope they are wrong and you will be OK!!!!!

I'm on permanent prophylactic antibiotics to try and keep infections at bay, hopefully my immune system will start to rebuild itself over the next few years, but I don't dwell on it and just try to get on with each day and make the most of the second chance I've been given
