Contribution based esa and permitted work.
I claim contribution based esa and in support group. Can I do permitted work as a company director doing just 10 hrs and earning £140 per week or is it a risk

Hi,
Yes you can do those hours and that income on Permitted Work.
Just make sure the work doesn't contradict the reason you were awarded Support Group in the first place.
You will need to notify ESA and fill in the PW1 form before starting any Permitted Work.

As a company director?

Sorry, I'm not sure what the question is here?
If you're unable to work due to severely restricted mobility, but could work from home as a director, then I don't see that as a contradiction. But if you're unable to work due to mental health conditions, then I would think a director role would be too stressful for that and could be contradictory. Only you know whether this type of role would contradict the reason that you were awarded Support Group.
