    i have tried to contact DWP HR dept, no one knows how to contact this department or has a telephone number that someone will actually answer, you just go round in circles, I feel it's deliberate action to put people off calling DWP (they can't be bothered)

    Ive had issues with them failing to respond to a complaints and like you I have no idea how to contact UC HR (I have ended up just writing stuff in UC journal- but much of the time that is ignored).
    Often I have found going through MP is what it takes to get a response.
