Disabled bus pass plus 1
I have just received my disability bus pass with the C+ rating. Do I tap it on entry and say "2 please" to the driver to use the pass with a companion? Thanks.

Hi @FredFlintstone, perhaps you can show your pass to the driver before you tap and mention that you're travelling with your carer or companion. Hopefully they'll have dealt with that kind of pass before and will be able to sort things out for you.

Hiya Fred,
the most concise advice I can find is:
Tap your card on the reader as usual and then tap your companion's card (if they have one).
Alternatively, tell the driver "Two please" or "One adult, one companion" when you board, and both tap or show your passes.
It really should be totally straightforward, bus drivers are generally nice people and I've never had any problems (although I don't travel with a carer).
Have fun (or whatever else you like)!

@Littlefatfriend Thanks. That's what I was hoping. Nice and simple. Just how I like it. :)
