What to do is very hard
I am extremely anxious about this ongoing situation with my son and this girl. The social services have told me that they are safeguarding the girl. But nobody is safeguarding my son.He is totally obsessed with her. They have confirmed he does actually know where she is (care home).my son is depressed and cannot comprehend life without this girl.( I know this may sound like a normal teenage thing). But it us not when you account for the images that were sent, coercive control, and both having diagnosis of different conditions.Plus she has been placed in a care home to be Seperated from her own family because of,well I can only imagine. My son is now angry with both myself and even my mum and doesn't see any future.I do think he's still being bullied at school ( although he says he isnt). The only friend he does have has connections with this girl and her family and is also known to social services. So the whole situation is a mess and its making me ill

Really sorry you are experiencing this kind of situation @Jane315STARX
Anyone in the same position as you would be tearing thier hair out.
Its seems harsh that your son hasnt been given a safeguarding order but the girl has .
Affairs of the heart can get complicated and younger ones think these things will last forever unbeknowing to them they will probably not want to know each other in a year or so ( even under normal circumstances as well as these ) .
Your son lashing out at you and your mum is bound to be hurful any parent would be upset by this whole situation .
Sorry to hear your son is still being bullied .
I know you probably have but is there anything your Gp can do to help you through this as well as Social services .
Could you Gp offer any medication , anything at all .
I think everyone here would be on your side with this situation and i think most would feel as you do .
We all would wish that you wasnt dealing with this and that the situation never happened in the first place .
We dont live in the same world as we did 30 or 40 years ago and its very scary .
I just hope for your sake questions are asked at the girls end and then someone speaks with your son and that its ends up where your son realises this is not ideal .
I really hope something happens quickly for you .
My heart goes out to as Im sure many others hearts would too .
We are all rooting for you and wanting things to be better for you.
Everyone cares
We all hope this passes quickly for you .
Best wishes always

Hi Jane,
Sorry I've not been on much but I understand that things are hard for you right now, I don't know if it helps or not but I find some things linked with what I struggle with in your son, have you looked at Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) before? (Its another ****-condition of ADHD/Autism)
I know we can't diagnose on this forum, but there is some things which do link with maybe this.
All the best,
