New to group
Hi ladies I'm new to the group..I'm 55 periods stopped about four months ago..I'm suffering at the moment with crying for no reason and feeling very down..trying to shake it off but not working..have other symptoms as well just would love to know how anyone copes with this...also anxiety attacks are through the roof.

I would talk to your GP, there is no good reason why any woman should suffer with the menopause. There are treatments available whether that's medication or supplements which might help.
You could also search and see if there is a local support group in your area.
Your GP surgery might also have a social prescriber

When this happened to me I started Hrt which has proven to be a huge success and improved my symptoms.Everyone has different opinions.Speak to your GP and see what they suggest.Wishing you all the very best x
