No message after PIP assessment

my appointy did my assessment for pip today but I didn’t receive messages on my phone? Normally I hear the messages cam straight away after few hours. Can someone let me know is normal not to receive messages?

The messages don't always get sent after a few hours.
It depends on when the report gets sent to DWP.
If it's been selected for audit (an internal quality check process), this is one of the reasons it might take longer for DWP to get the report.
