How some wealthy people have no common sense
I have just watched a lady's Tik Tok where she was showing viewers ger yearly handbag purchases.Obviously its entirely up to her what she spends her hard earned money on.But surely £1000 on this plastic bag with holes on just because it has a branded name tag on it is taking it WAY too far.It reminds me of the old story 'The Emperors New Clothes'.This lady obviously had a degree of intelligence but common sense had clearly gone out of the window!

If they have the money then I say go for it, but I could never spend that amount myself, no matter how rich I was! I've been conditioned to save and get a bargain 😂
If money was no object what do you think you would splash out on? My sensible answer would be a house, my adventurous answer is a chauffeur!

I hate it when I hear that someone has paid twenty thousand quid or more just for a watch just to tell the time you can buy a perfectly good one for under twety quid.

Humans are strange creatures and it doesn't matter how rich or professional they are, some of them don't have common sense. Here's a disgusting fact for you-the UFC has sold fighters' soiled garments and people have bought them. If you're rich you probably won't care if you spend your money on something that has holes in it, and it shouldn't matter if they think it's a worthy purchase.

Im that person.😁 Before I got ill and was working full time, I would treat myself to a handbag every year, and in boxing day sales, mainly Mulberry but have bought other brand's too. I have a good collection now, all in great condition as I look after them and they will be passed down. I worked in a stressful job, often long hours and away overnight, aswell as managing a team. All work and no play was never for me and I have no regrets about it.

The thing about people having enough money is they can afford to waste it. In my time I've been fortunate to spend huge amounts of money on cars, trikes, holidays, clothes, all sorts. But I'd earned that money/right.
Whilst some people find that difficult to imagine, when it comes easily money can go just as well.
To my mind most people "waste" money on all sorts of crazy things. I know people who've had children!!! Some of them even did it deliberately and with forethought!!!!! What I call first-degree parenthood.
But those are my values and they shouldn't be a problem to anyone else.
If they've got it, why not flaunt it if that entertains them? They can literally afford to!
😇
