    Hi @beadles93

Sorry I'm not quite sure what you mean, did you mean she is accusing you of bullying her or the organisaton please?

@Mary_Scope because I employ through direct payment directly I'm classed as organisation! So P.A is sueing me. Lawyer asking about financial settlement! I don't have anything

Hi @beadles93 I'm so sorry, that must be incredibly stressful and worrying for you. I think with this situation it might be best to seek some proper legal support and guidance. You could contact Turn2us or Citizens Advice who might be able to help locate some support for you.

@Holly_Scope I've got solicitor/ lawyer provided by my P.A insurance. However they are useless. The ICB that used to be CHC, that provides my funding for P.A's have no clue or help. Solicitor is advising me to offer settlement. Have no funds to do this!

I'm so sorry. Have you explained to them that you can't afford settlement? Would the PA insurance support with covering settlement? Have they provided any alternative options?

@Holly_Scope apparently my insurance only covers legal costs upto 2m. Can go to full tribunal either win or loose? Only thing I'm confused about is when 1st went to ACAS I was going offer small settlement. They said no. There was no case to answer

I think with this, it's definitely best to speak with your legal representation. They'll be the best to advice. However, if you're not happy with them, maybe speak to the insurer to understand if you could perhaps change. I'm sorry you're going through this.

Like I said they have very little experience in this area. Eventhough fish insurance does P.A insurance. How many times has P.A sued an individual who is classed as there boss. The lawyer doing their job focusing on process, no one how that process relates to me
