foraging
I have been foraging to save money and accidentally discovered it is great for therapy too. I just wanted to share it in case i spark any other people to give it a try.
I have struggled to get out of the house and i can't be around people but foraging gives me a way to get out and do something without people. As much as i would love to be able to be around people!
Sitting indoors just left me with my addictions, which easily get out of control. I see a lot of gaming addictions on here, which can easily be missed as an addiction. If you find yourself gaming a lot maybe foraging is for you!
I have been clean from drugs and alcohol for nearly a year if my memory serves me well and foraging has helped so much!
On top of that i get to eat high quality foods.
Give it a try!
