Noisy Neighbour
Christmas Eve 23:50pm and my neighbour has just arrived home with guests.
Doors slamming, loud laughter and chat, music blaring.
Its a sheltered complex we live in and i really wish i could be sheltered from my neighbour's noise.

Aww it’s great they are having fun and surrounding themselves with love and laughter!! Not so great you’re having to listen to in the middle of the night when you’re just wanting peace! 😔
I hope it didn’t go on for too long and you were able to get some quiet @MrHappy ❤️1 -
At 2:17am thankfully they all went to sleep.
At 3:00am (after allowing them enough time to fall asleep) i switched on my own music..
What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
At 03: 05am I felt guilty so i turned my music off.

Perhaps invest in some noise cancelling headphones - my husband and AuDHD daughter both love theirs and says they’re quite good, even with nothing playing. I have adhd and now sleep with headphones on all night, playing quiet talk shows.
