Earning a bit of pocketmoney

Being ill without a disability allowance, I am looking for a simple way to earn a little extra. Hopefully, someone here has any ideas or perhaps experience with some websites.

For now I mostly earn at least a dollar every day by doing surveys {removed by moderator} This doesn’t take long and I am happy with that (I often make a few bucks a day and it nicely adds up. Yay!).

However, it could be fulfilling to do something more useful. That’s why I’ve been looking into microtasks (HITs), but Amazon Mturk rejected my application. Has anyone ever done any work for Prolific or Usertesting?

PS – if I’ve got the wrong category, could a lovely mod please move it to the right one? I am not quite sure as this is not actually ‘work’ work.

Hi @SmellyBin I've had to remove your link as we don't allow advertising on the community. I hope you're able to source some work but in the interim if you're UK based it might be worth looking into a benefits calculator to see if you might be eligible for some support. I've added a link below:

    Sorry Smellybin

This isn't really a suitable forum to ask that question in. Benefits, tax, all sorts of complicated subjects skirting very close to the law.

Also if you're looking to earn dollars you may be looking in the wrong country.

    Good luck

Thanks for fixing that (and not removing it completely), @Holly_Scope I only wanted to share in case others would find it beneficial, it was not my intention to advertise. Thank you for being a lovely mod (all the mods here are like that, methinks) :)
