Pip review form not arrived
hi, my 1st pip review form arrived arrived 2 weeks after I received a txt from them, the date on the form that they needed it back was only 12 days from the date I received it, which is the 21st dec, anyway got help from various people to fill it in and sent it on the 10th dec for them to receive it by 21st dec, over the weekend I’ve had a txt and a letter saying they haven’t received it. How long do these letters usually take to get there as it’s been in the post since 10th Dec?.

It may be worth calling PIP to check whether they now have the form. I supported someone recently to submit a review form and they received a text saying that it hadn't been received. When he called he was told not to worry. A couple of days later he received a text stating that the from had been received.

Your Review form may have have got misplaced with all the other Christmas post. You will have to call PIP and let them know you posted the form back in plenty of time. Have you proof of posting? In addition, you can ask for an extension in time to fill out your Review form, PIP normally extend for another two weeks. You can get more than one extension too.

hi, I phoned pip today, still not received my review form, possibly lost in Christmas post, they’ve extended it, hoping it finally arrives. I can’t believe how little time they give you to fill them in.

Good you got the extension. I agree, time it takes to deliver the form, you have about half the normal time to fill out the form. Remember, you can extend the time.

well phoned again today, (29th dec) they’ve still not received my review form which was sent on the 10th, surly it doesn’t take this long normally. Pip told me to phone back in the new year if I haven’t heard anything.

I also sent mine back on the 10th, And like you it's still not been received, They also told me to phone back in the first week of January.
Gentleman I spoke to told me quite a lot of people are having the same issues.

Just an update on mine, I received a txt this morning saying they'd received my pip review form 🙂 Hopefully you'd of got the same txt 🙂

hi, they finally responded today via txt, finally received it. I can’t believe how long it’s taken, plus the small amount of time they give you to fill it in. I was getting anxious that it was possibly lost, thanks guys your valuable posts did help. I wasn’t looking forward to filling another one of those forms in.
