Urgently Need Advice +HELP!!

I currently live in a 4 x bedrooms H.M.O and its extremely cold. The Property is on Pre-Payment Utilities for Gas & Electric. I topped up £24 on Gas with given voucher today. The Meter took past debt monies (Not my debt) and Em.Credit money leaving just £7.20 for Gas. Being upstairs front my room is the furthest to reach for Hot Water and the cheek of others using this up. I have a severe "Hidden" Muscouskeletal Disorder following a traumatic spinal injury 2014 incurring 5 Compressed Vertebrae Fracturesa long with other dominoed unbalanced defects that occur. Im so deeply depressed as what to do anymore as this life/Existence is just a daily mode of constant suffering. Im not confident enough to call Scottish Power to try and reclaim monies the meter keeps taking for a debt from years ago. My thoughts today are getting worse about not wanting to be here anymore let alone having 2 other inept people in the same property. Just need much help. ill call the helpline shortly too.
