Had tkr in july 2025.i recieve pip standard rate for both.should i tell them my struggles with tkr.

    Hi @redders63, welcome to the community. Have your symptoms changed since you applied for PIP? If you feel your condition has worsened considerably since you were awarded, then it may be worth considering telling them about it if you feel you'd be entitled to a higher award now.

    The same would apply if your condition has got better as your entitlement may have changed.

    However, if your conditions have stayed the same since getting your knee replacement (I hope I've got that right!), then it's probably best to leave it until your next review comes around ☺️
