Small change - Do I need to inform UC?

Just ended my phone appointments with dietitian after a few months, do I need to inform UC ,its not a change of circumstance as all my health conditions are still very much ongoing ,including the ones i was speaking to her about ,and I see no option on my journal to add this anyway. Health changes only seem to allow you to remove conditions. Thanks.
