Pip review
Hi
Does anybody have any ideas what the wait time is for a pip review? I sent my hubby's review off last January is award was due to finish August 25 and had it extended for 12 maths. He's getting so stressed I've contacted them only to be told it's a waiting game.

Hi @snuggles65. I'm currently waiting for mine and have been since April. They said they'd extended my award until November 2025 but it's still being paid and I think it will be until a decision is made. Sorry we can't give a better answer, I know how stressful it is.

Thank you for your replies. Last time he sent it in June and came back August. It's amazing just how it's changed in 5 years.

I've had my decision there is no report as previously just the points. I dont know how they made a decision in just four weeks. I think the longer the decision the better the outcome but that's just my opinion. All the best.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall of their office to see what happens to our applications! It all feels very random and creates so much stress for people.

My review during 2024 took about 7-8 months if I remember right. Although the review date was much earlier than I got the form, if I go by the date they backdated the money, it was more like 9-10 months.

9 months for me, got text yesterday say review is complete. Paper based decision as I wasn't sent for medical assessment, just waiting for the decision letter now
