PIP review is complete text
Hi all, Received the PIP review is complete text this morning after waiting 9 months, however I wasn't sent for a any medical assessment either F2F or phone call and didn't even get a text saying Capita are managing your claim or nothing like that, just sounds like the Department for communities (I'm in Northern Ireland) have made the decision themselves on paper. Is paper decisions normally good news as I can't imagine getting PIP stopped without being assessed if they had any doubts? Anxiety is getting the better of me now waiting for the letter. This is my first review after a previous award of 5 years, which has turned into 7 years due to covid backlogs. Never entered my mind I would get a paper decision and was all prepared for a dreaded medical assessment, now don't know what to think. Just wondering other people's experience of paper decisions, thanks.

Hi
I had a paper based review last year.
It took 5 months and I was awarded highest rates ongoing for 10 years.
