Strange letter

I got a letter from ESA today saying iv had a change of circumstances. I haven't. And it doesn't state what it is. It also says that the amount is staying the same. confused much? Did anyone else get this letter.

Hi,
Were you on Contributions Based ESA only? If so, that has changed name to New Style ESA now, but you will still get the same amount of money.
