Hi @lunabella, I'm so sorry you're feeling lonely at the moment. Loneliness is horrible, I've been there myself before and it can be really difficult to cope. I hope some of our members will say hello and offer some friendly chats as I know there will be lots of people here who'll understand what it's like. We'll be sending you an email today with a few more links to have a look at so please look out for that too.

Do you feel you'd be able to join any local hobby or interest groups to meet some people? Sometimes it can feel easier to connect with others if you're doing an activity. But I know it can be difficult to access these things sometimes.

You could also have a look at befriending services in your local area. If you'd feel up to it, they'll often be able to pair you up with someone who can visit or chat to you in whatever way you find comfortable. Might be something that's worth a look ☺️

Do you get any support for your mental health at all? For example, from your GP or any other mental health services.

Hi @lunabella you've chosen a wonderful lovely username!

Loneliness can be such a hardship, good for you for speaking up. Hopefully, you'll find a bit of distraction from that chatting here, and/or also the feeling that you are not alone in this, and that everything you cope with is what makes you human. You get to feel what you feel.

    And everything Rosie just said.

Take each day as it comes.. don’t overwhelm yourself. Have you tried any meditation? Don’t be hard on yourself about being alone.. in the digital age you can reach so many people. Best wishes.
