Welcome to the community @vcsm, hope you're well today!
While we can't help much with the dating side of things beyond advice, I hope that the community can help with friendship and feeling connected to others ☺️ there are some lovely members about so I hope they'll say hello and welcome!
Have you thought about joining any dating websites? There are some that are specifically for disabled people if that would help you feel more comfortable.
For friendships offline, do you have any hobbies or interests? Sometimes it's good to join hobby groups to meet others as you already have something in common. And it's a little less intense meeting for the first time if you know you've already got something to talk about or do.
I'm sure our members will have some other tips and advice to share. Hope you'll enjoy your time on the community ☺️

I would be wary of online dating sites. I found them very efficient at extracting money, but a bit of a waste of time in other respects.
If I was interested in 'dating', I would be out there in my community, volunteering, joining clubs etc; a much more realistic place to meet a potential partner in my opinion.

Hi @vcsm my name is Arron and welcome to the community :) I hope that you can find this community friendly and welcome, it’s been really helpful for me since I joined. Meeting people can be hard and something I’m trying to do more of too, I’d like to participate in some social groups and I’d like to try volunteering again as I enjoyed that last year. I hope that you can find social groups too in person as well as feeling comfortable and welcome as part of the community here :)
I think as well you could try dating sites/app if you would like to :)0 -
