Hi is there a 2026 cost of living payment in january 2026 i am a disabled adult in my 60,s and receive adult disability benefit and if so how much i am in receipt of UC income related please let me know ?

Hi @saruka11 and welcome to the community. There are reports of a January 2026 Cost of Living payment, however, these reports are inaccurate. The media tend to use the term 'Cost of Living' payment incorrectly which causes confusion. Here's the Governments information about it which includes links to support you may be entitled to .
