HI
I do have problem with my memory, and I have just completed my PIP review form and sent back , they have acknowledged that they have received it.
but I am really sure I forget to sign will that affect anything?

Hi @alwayneanderson3434. I've popped your question onto its own post so it's a bit clearer for you. If you've forgotten to sign something they will let you know. I've not experienced this myself so I'm not completely sure but I would think they would need to send the forms back for you to sign. One of our members will hopefully know more.

I did this once @alwayneanderson3434 and they sent the form back to me with a short letter asking me to sign it!! Didn't cause any problems other than that ❤️
