I just wanted to say hello, although I have had epilepsy for 25 years this is the first time I have engaged in the community. I had a seizure for the first time in a couple of years so it’s a bit daunting with having to get my life back on track again. Hopefully I can help others and also get help myself. All the best to everyone.
