    A long time ago, I came across this sentence, and I try to bear this in mind when I want to give up.

    Find what feels like a battle or a stuggle and how you can address it, why is it bothering you and if you can't change it, is it possible to change how you feel or think about it? Be honest with yourself, it's hard and vulnerable but so important ❤️
