Is anyone else getting increasingly worried as things continue to unfold in the US?? I'm not wanting to get into the politics as such because I strongly believe no matter who you support, you should be able to see how wrong things are there right now!!

I'm so worried about all the people in Minnesota and honestly can't get over the braven lies being told to people when we see video evidence to the contrary. Whats worse is some of our own media over here only telling one side of the story 😕

    It's definitely worrying, especially with the shooting of the man that happened yesterday. It's quite unbelievable that it's allowed to happen but we're seeing it with our own eyes.

    @Biblioklept I am extremely saddened and worried, just as you are about what is happening over the pond right now. Its actually shocking!!! 😢

    The ICU Nurse that was violently killed yesterday deeply saddened and angered me, as did the killing of Renee Nicole Good a few weeks ago 😢

    The very brave lady in the video who ALSO DID NOTHING WRONG was one of the lucky ones in so far as making it out alive, however im sure the deep trauma of what she experienced will never leave her. I took a special interest in her story because of her explanation of having autism and how things unfolded for her

    It's beyond shocking its deeply deeply concerning and heartbreaking seems laws are just an illusion still people walking around not seeing what's happening in the world we have gaza Iran and Nigeria Congo Syria so many more international law broken honestly I do fear the future its not exactly hard to ignore anymore see people put the word conspiracy theories around no its happening in real time

    The world has always been this way, we just didn't used to have a 24 hour news cycle and social media.

    I think that's definitely part of the issue @Chris75_. We're all so aware of everything that is happening now and, unfortunately, some media spread misinformation which causes panic.

    I agree @Chris75_, there's always issues and problems globally, but it feels different now, America and American politics are so closely tied with ours it feels more on our door step. Especially when I see people in the UK defending it and leaning in the same direction 😔

    Media and politicians have always lied and I've always known it but seeing it so clearly and obviously and the atrocities inflicted as a result, plus the political gaslighting, it's terrifying.

    Hegseth thanking dog for ICE 'patriots', describing the protesters as 'lunatics'. I hope to see him in the dock in a few years, him and all the other cynical lickspittles.

    What's scary is Reform want to follow this ??? My Daughters heritage is of refugee status she's brown and I seriously seriously worry if Reform get in I've never felt so threatened in this country I have a close close friend of ten years on ILR and Reform want to target this as well its scary talking about these topics but people need to be aware
