My PIP is going to a tribunal over residency, can I travel in the mean time
So its taking such a long time that I can now go on holiday again (im allowed 3 weeks per year)
I was allowed 3 weeks in 2025 but I didnt take it because of fear, and mental health, in 2026 if Im ready for it Ill go somewhere safe, unless that will affect residency again?
Will it affect PIP and residency or not? I was out of the country for 4 years while claiming benefit money which is why its at a tribunal
I probably wont because my mental health is too severe, and it brings back trauma, but Id like to know theoretically if im allowed
Thanks

@Georgina76576 I don't know the answer but you definitely can go on holiday when claiming PIP, but if you're being reassessed for residency after a 4 year trip I really don't know
If you do get away, I hope you have an amazing time!! ❤️ Where are you thinking of going??

Thanks, maybe France the side of England just over the channel, or a Belgium coach Journey.
I like your quote, its partially true, [removed by moderator] some of these trains dont even have the luxury of a nice flat surface, some have a table to connect with instead

I like your quote its partially true. [removed by moderator] some trains dont even have a nice flat surface to connect with some have a table edge like surface…Typical
