Depends on what sort of workout your looking at no pun intended I am partially sighted and apart from cooking and using power tools I find a way it may take a lot longer tho I do have mobility problems as well to add to the pot

Hi @Andrew_Bennett and a warm welcome to the community from me!
It's lovely to have you here on the community and I hope you enjoy your time on the forum😊 Have you spoke to your GP about this? As they may know if there is any specific support or groups or trainers in your area0 -
Hi @Andrew_Bennett, welcome to the community. RNIB have a few home work out videos with Mr. Motivator of all people:
If you're looking to get out of the house, you might also like to do a search for any local charities that support partially sighted people. Local charities are more likely to know of any groups or trainers in the area that could help you get started.
And as Mary said above, perhaps your GP will have some ideas. It can be worth getting a quick health check up before you start a new exercise program any way ☺️
Hope you can find something suitable soon!
