Going to appeal - again.

Hi all, I'm new to the panel but not new to PIP and the hoops they make us jump through, unfortunately. I'm 25F and have Fibromyalgia, PCOS and POTs, as well as various mental health conditions.

Since my review, PIP decided that I no longer struggle and don't need either element anymore, resulting in me having to give back my car to Motability and struggling month to month with money again just to keep the heating on for my pain.

I've just had the result of my mandatory reconsideration and surprise surprise, they've maintained their position and I have to go to appeal which I've been told by my advisor are taking 12 months on average.

I can't lie, I've barely survived these past 4 months since they took my PIP away, my mental health is at an all time low and I'm struggling to keep myself alive, I have no idea how I'll make it through 12 months of no independence, no life.

I had just been discussing possibly trying to study again if I could drive to and from somewhere part time but I've given up all hope.

If anyone has been through this, and you have tips for mental health or the appeal please let me know! I've won my appeal in the past but I'm terrified I won't win this time, without a car I'm completely trapped in my home, without PIP I can't afford energy bills and walking aids I desperately need.
