Missed call & voicemsil
I’ve had a missed call yesterday and today from 0800 number, I’ve now had a voicemail from them saying it’s Pip and they want to ask me a question before they proceed with my claim. I sent off my renewal papers 12 months ago and only just hearing back now.
I know a normal person would say “ just ring and you’ll find out what they want to ask” but I’m worried it’s for another assessment and I’m not prepared.
Do you think it will be a simple question or maybe to check my bank details are still correct?

I believe thye do this when they think they have enough for a paper-based award but want to clarify a point or two, so it may be more intense than just bank details but it won't be a full assessment, they can't do that without prior warning
Good luck and I hope you manage to sort it!! 12 months is a long time ❤️

Hi @teddybear18
From what you've described, it doesn't sound like this will be a full assessment. As Biblioklept said it sounds like it more of a conversation to just clarify a point which is quite typical of them to do!1
