Change of circumstances

Hi guys,

I have had a determination and then a re determination both concluded that I would be awarded standard daily living even though I submitted letter and doctors lines that I cannot walk due to dizziness and most days cannot get out of bed along with all the other descriptors my condition limits me to basically do nothing for myself anymore. I have a tribunal pending but been advises to make a change of circumstances as the findings no confirm why I cant do anything on my own.

MRI shows moderate to severe left C5/C6 foraminal narrowing.
Osteoarthritis of spine, Cervical spondylosis, Lumbar spine disc disease

plus my doctor has signed me off indefinitely.

Would this new evidence create a review or even take back to my first application where I told them exactly what was wrong but couldnt prove it too them.

    Reporting a change of circumstances might be beneficial, especially if your condition has worsened and you have new medical evidence like the MRI and this could prompt a review of your case.

    Can I ask who has advised you and whether you are planning to continue with the appeal ? I would advise you to contact an advice agency such as CAB or similar to discuss the options open to you.
