Any grants/assistance for carpets?

This may not be in the correct section, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any grants or assistance for people on low income and/or disability benefits who are unable to afford carpet?

It's a long shot, I know. With the freezing weather at the moment, and a whole heap of rugs is just not cutting it!
