Hello
Hi everyone 👋
I’m a person with a physical disability, and I’m trying to become more independent again, just like before.
Could you please tell me if you know any helpful websites or communities where I could share my fundraiser?
I would really appreciate your advice and any guidance.
Thank you so much for your help 💚
Best wishes,
Mateusz

Hi @bor282811, and a warm welcome to the community 👋
What specifically is the fundraiser for? It might help us come up with ideas of places you could share it. When sharing your fundraiser it can also help to clearly explain what the fundraiser is for and how it will support your independence.
Although fundraising links aren’t allowed to be shared on our community forum, there are lots of other places where people often have success. You could try:
- Your own social media (Facebook, Instagram, X), especially sharing with friends, family and local community groups, you could also ask any friends of family to share it too, on their social media or people they work with. I know a lot of people have had success sharing on TikTok too.
- Facebook groups related to disability support, independent living, or your local area (just check each group’s rules first as some don't allow fundraising links)
- Local community groups online or in person, for example community centres, or disability organisations in your area
Wishing you the very best with it, we'd love if you could keep us updated with how things go and please let us know if there's anything else we can help with.

Hi! Thank you for the warm welcome.
To answer your question, I am fundraising for a wheelchair-accessible car. I live in Poland, but since the costs of the vehicle and necessary adaptations are very high, I decided to launch an international fundraiser to reach more people.
I'm doing my best to share my story wherever I can, while being careful not to spam. However, as a new user, I’ve noticed that many places have strict rules, and I’m not allowed to post in many communities yet due to my account being new or having low karma.
If you know any specific groups or places that are friendly to international fundraisers and don't block new users, I would be very grateful for your help! :)
