Pip - is nearly 10 years of back payment possible?
Hope someone can help me I put in pip back 2017 got refused got a letter in last year she could try again has government had changed the ruling for learning disabilities so I did it again anyway it went to tribunal and she won on both at high rate it's nearly 10 years of back payment is this possible

Thats incorrect, PiP would only be backdated from when you claimed again last year and was awarded. If you applied 10 years ago and refused that claim is not considered.

No the judge said it's been rewarded from 2017

If the judge has awarded PIP from 2017, then backpay can indeed go back that far.
