It can be difficult to say for certain whether you'd qualify until you apply, but it may be worth having a look at the PIP descriptors and seeing if you feel you'd score points. PIP is generally decided on how your condition affects you, so it's not based off a diagnosis.

To qualify, you need to have experienced your condition or disability for 3 months, which you have. And then it's usually based on whether your condition is likely to continue for 9 months or more.
