Hi my son is 19 and leaving school in June was wondering if he is entitled to Universal Credit ??He will not be capable of employment and if so when should I start the process of filling in forms ??I’m his appointee and he currently gets Pip both enhanced rates Will getting UC affect his pip??

Getting UC won't impact his PIP.
You should apply for him once he has left education.
He will be entitled to Standard Allowance £338.58, and if after a Work Capability Assessment is found to have LCWRA, an extra £217.26.
Throughout the WCA process it's really important to submit Fit Notes without any gaps. It's the date they are given to UC that counts, not the start date written on them.
