Do I risk my claim if I state this.

Sorry for all these different posts, but this pip review is freaking me out to the point I'm waking in the night with panic attacks.

My question is should I state on the form how just knowing its coming makes me feel and once its here I totally get depleted and panicked, not to mention the actual assessment itself. Omg I'm so terrified. Or will I risk my claim ,will it not even be considered. I don't know what to do.

You could write that on a separate sheet but the form itself is for you to try to explain as best you can how your disability affects you and relate that to the descriptors that apply to you as required on the form.

Have you tried getting help with it from a disability rights advisor or CAB

I don't think randomly stating this would be helpful in all honesty. It doesn't really apply to any descriptor so no practical gain to be made.

However, I did state something similar on the 'extra info' page myself, using the stress of assessment and the difficulty with accessing assessments as the main reasons to ask for a longer award this time. I did get the longer award, though I can't say it was purely down to that.
