Help with Medication

Good evening

Let me preface with I've just been given 60mg of Duluxitine for nerve pain.

Taken a tablet Friday and haven't felt well or the same since.

Had a phone appointment with out of hours Dr who has been really kind. He's worried and wants if I don't feel better for me to come in in 24/48 hrs.

He's asked if I wanted a lower dosage or another kind of medication for the pain management however my stomach is really a mess and I dare not take something that is potentially going to make things worse.

Have been managing on paracetamol and Cocodalmol.

Asking here as I believe advice from those who are taking medication is more impactful than those who are offering it.

    Still feeling off today,

    Taking things slow. Think I'm going to visit them tomorrow they have given me 48 hrs for an emergency opening if I still don't feel right. Which is very kind of them.
