Carers Allowance gets deducted in full from your UC award.
This means from the date you were eligible for CA, depending on your UC Assessment Period date an overpayment may have occurred from Universal Credit.
You will receive money from Carers Allowance in due course.
You can also speak to DWP Debt Management to agree an affordable repayment plan.

Carers Allowance & Universal Credit are both income replacement benefits.
Under the welfare system a person is entitled to one income replacement benefit.
This is why one gets deducted from the other.
