in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA

hi, I had my pip renewal - I’ve been awarded enhanced daily living and standard mobility -

I have complex ptsd and ocd due to physocis after my 2nd child - this is my appeal so far.. have I forgot anything ??

    just to add - I sent off loads of medical records and on my health assessment she stated I couldn’t leave the home alone but yet only scored me 10..


    I have been given my award for the next 4 years

    Hi

    It isn't nessacerily about medical records but more to do with how your disability affects you and whether you meet the criteria and descriptors to qualify for an award and how many points you may be awarded for each activity as decided by the assessor.

    To score 12 points for mobility overwhelming psychological distress is a very high threshold for claimants to prove/meet.
