my mum have medical issiue and my sister have cerebral palsy, i living with my wife,but my parents have medicial issiue thats why i started live with them 3 times a week, i reported to housing benefit they just told me that its fine,they didnt give me any documents for prove, and now my wife applied to housing benefit because i was living and look after my family about 1 year just 3 night, i was coming back to my house, my wife applied for housing benefit i just would like to ask you ,can she apply? , she told housing benefit that i living there temporary, and housing benefit sent email to my mum,they said please prove your son invoice like bank statement, plus my mother benefit has been suspended, they gave to my my 4 weeks for proof (i will proof)

i just want to learn why they suspended and why they want to see my earning, will i pay money to housing benefit for 1 year stayed my mother house(i didnt stay full) as i told you for medical help

    Hi @tuzla44 is it your Mothers housing benefits that they've suspended or your partners? And which home is your residency, is that with your partner? Are you working full time too?

    I m living at my house, I told them I m living with my mum 3 times a week, because I have disabled sister she has Celebral palsy, I need to stay 3 nights, I m cleaning house, cooking food and do shopping for them, my mum has medical issue too, my wife applied for housing benefit she told them I leave from my currently house Nov 2024, she didnt told them clearly because my mum moved at Nov 2024 , as I told you before my mum is ill and my sister is disabled and I started to stay at my mum house 2-3 nights every week, after this situation council sent to my mum email, they said we advised that your son lives with you please prove your son income

    Your account has been suspended if we don’t hear you in 4 week you can lose your housing benefit

    That’s why this message was very horrible for me, I even told them I have disabled sister and ill mother, they see everything at their system that about my sister and my mother

    Why this account has ben suspended and why they want to see my invoice, I don’t stay with them longer
