Loss of Balance
Hi to all,
I got up to go to the loo at 3.15 pm this morning i got out of bed lost my balance X2 thn carried on walking i got as far as my comp chair,went down on my R knee got held on to the chair to get up walked to back up walked to loo not realizing i had injured my R foot after id been to loo
Tried to walk bk to bedroom screaming in pain partner helped me back to bed he went out thn i realized i needed loo again so had to get on the floor and shuffle all the way to loo again and back to bed had to use my R leg to get bk up and on to the bed i was in agony as i hurt my knees again shuffling.
I got bk on bed and reaized my L leg was swelling up badley phoned my daughter to come down as i was in agony phoned ambulance i have broken my left fibula bone at the bottom & also broken near my toes aswell why i was in servre pain 10/10 i have a walking boot been to phyiso and OT R comming to asses the bungalow for OT rails and whatever else they can put up for me to prevent this happening again.

Oh gosh @amazingblazing628 that sounds like an awful afternoon. Did the NHS service look after you well? I hope you're feeling a bit better now and are resting up comfortably.
