Is hormone therapy worth it in menopause?

Hello ,

I am i my menopause phase so my friend told me that hormone therapy actually help with hot flashes and night sweats so what's your opinion.

    I haven't been on on HRT personally but I have heard lots of positive things from women around me who have but it's definitely best to speak to your GP more about this!

    It certainly helped with hot flushes and night sweats.

    I am on HRT almost 2 years now and it definitely helps especially night sweats . There are different types I think the patches are the most commonly used but mine wouldn't stay on so now I use the gel and a tablet at night .🤗
