Hello there

II have just applied for my blue to be renewed , as it has expired, I contacted them 4 wks ago, it has taken them ages to accept my new photo now they want my award letter from yrs ago, I have moved house and don't know where it is ? They want to know how many points I got. I was awarded pip for life as I have many long term disabilities affect my mobility and other things, heart attack, spinal frame in spine and throat. I need a copy of disability point award letter please can you help me ?

    You will need to call PIP on 0800 121 4433.

    I believe the online proof of benefit service doesn't offer a full points breakdown for PIP.
