hahaha this made me giggle, I love the idea of fruit and feel like I should like it but have this same reaction!!
I make them into smoothies a lot but very occasionally I'll try some and there'll be one good one and the rest too sour or sharp or just disgusting!! I think the issue with fruit is that it is different EVERY time, and you can't know from looking which will be good
Raspberries and any of the other 'furry' ones are a definite NO though!

oooh that sounds really nice, especially the seeded sourdough!! At my last blood test my doctor said my cholesterol was 'slightly raised' but not enough to be concerned about, I get really bad health anxiety so I think he was trying to get me not to spiral about it and I've had so much going on I've avoided reading about it much but really should start paying attention!
I've been eating a bit better since but eat probably too much cheese and chocolate 😅

I forgot about breadsticks as a snack! Anything that doesn't leave your fingers greasy like crisps do is the better option.
Ideally your cholesterol levels should be below 5 but mine was 9.3 (despite not being overweight) but within a year of taking statins, mine are fine.
The most effective way of reducing cholesterol levels is to ditch palm oil, use more olive oil in your diet and drink only filtered coffee - that means instant coffee is out.

Yum @Biblioklept, I haven't had breadsticks for ages, fancy them now. May have to put them on the shopping list for the weekend!
I am very good with my vegetable intake but my fruit intake could be a bit better if we're honest! I love watermelon and pineapple when they're ripe and fresh and just the right sweetness🍉
I think I'm having roasted sweet potato and broccoli and veggie chicken kiev for tea tonight, what is everybody else having?0 -

I've made a risotto style dish. Vegan chicken pieces, courgettes, sweet potato, onions and green beans microwaved for about 15 minutes till soft. Added vegan cream and microwave rice. Vinegar for tanginess. It was delicious.

I'm not sure what I'm having. I do have some snacks as it's Friday though, so I'll definitely be indulging in some chocolate for desert that's for sure!
