Pip renewal

Am currently in receipt of standard daily, enhanced mobility for mental health, scitzoaffective disorder amongst other things, have sent psychiatrist letter stating he considers I meet the threshold for pip daily living and mobility, sent care plan, prescription list, psychologist letter confirming ongoing therapy, some nhs app entries about medication changes, is this enough evidence to secure renewal at same rate? I called pip helpline and they confirmed they’ve received form and evidence but I’ve not received confirmation text, both my past reviews have been paper based, no assessment necessary, is it likely this one will follow suit? Also lady on pip helpline said review process could be up to a year, where some people on here have been done in a matter of days or weeks? I am spiralling a bit worried about renewal 😳😩

    Hello @kingston

Unfortunately it's true that reviews can take up to a year to process. Some people are experiencing quicker turnarounds but the average wait time is still quite long.

thank you for reply, do you think evidence I have sent will suffice? My support worker has said she thinks I’ve sent too much

I had my answer in a month and I wouldn't worry about sending too much, I was that frightened at the thought of an Assessment I put 38 pages in and DWP have confirmed they're now all on my record, hope that helps a little
