Does the new lower LCWRA paymemt, in April mean that if I get my award letter /agreed prior to 6 April that I get higher amount or is it based on actual payment date ie after the 3 month waiting period. ?
I did see somewhere obtaining period for some things? I have cancer diagnosis prostrate and unable work due to appointments treatment side effects etc?
Thanks

Hi,
As long as you started claiming basic rate UC before April 6th, and requested the WCA before that date, you should still get the higher rate of payment. This is based on the most recent information available.
