My friends sister had breast cancer ten odd years ago, had a really bad botched operation that left her with very tight scaring that has caused multiple other problems, she then had another operation two year's ago to rectify it, five hours again on the table, dressing over months constantly being changed, different methods to try to heal the wound, Then a pump attatched to her to drain it 24-7 for months, surgeon was phoning here and there as she hadn't a clue how to proceed when she was in surgery, and finally closed her up,not having achieved what she'd set out to do, anyway, woman's on pip,had worked all her life,so not much of a clue about benefits, new operation due, next week, just got word ,so she called pip to update and they asked her if she wanted a review form for a change of circumstances and she said No .

I Thought anything that was different from previous award and was reported automatically triggered a review? 🤔

Gosh, that's absolutely awful @Doglover2, your friends sister has been through such an ordeal. She must be incredibly strong! It can trigger a review but doesn't automatically. It all depends on the scale of any reported changes. That's probably the last thing she wants to have to deal with right now, so hopefully that puts her mind at ease. I hope her operation goes ok next week.

@Holly_Scope She's incredible. Such a lovely person too.

Much braver than I'd ever be.
